I'm Julie Scott, You have received a donation from my foundation. Reply now for more details.
(I love how the email is to someone other than Ms Scott and that it would indicate that they are a student in the UK-- certainly the type of person who would be sending me a donation.)
That’s so nice! Thank you!
send it to me in quarters please, I have some laundry to do.

Thank you for your response and I must first of all show my appreciation over the fact that you have given attention to the appeal of a dying Woman. Currently taking treatment in Australia.
Considering how I am currently feeling, I can tell that my health situation is in bad shape and all I can do at the moment is to trust God and hold on to His words. My close family members are however not happy with the way I have disbursed everything I have to orphanages. They held for themselves the funds I made available to them and went as far as trying to kill me. All relationship with me has been severed and they are of the opinion that the last of my fortune have been spent. This is the last I have and I wish to use these funds to set up a Foundation in your location that will create jobs for the unemployed, provide homes for the homeless, feed the hungry and clothe those that are naked and have no shelter.
As much as I owe you a great deal of explanation, I cannot go into much details than what I already told you and I hope you will understand. It is for the best, and I ask that you in turn treat our communication and information exchanged with equal confidentiality especially regarding this project, at least until you have secured the funds which I am leaving in your care. I do not want anything or anyone to jeopardize the success of this project. I would like to go knowing that my wishes will be carried out. Can I trust you enough to this effect?
I know you may have questions and reservations; if for any reasons you do, I completely understand. I have explained the circumstances under which I sent you my first note. I know how suspicious and unconventional all this may seem to you, but I assure you that I have absolutely nothing to benefit from telling you lies.
I have the sum of US$9,800,000.00 deposited with a Bank. These funds I want to bequeath to you to set up a Foundation under you full management to assist the poor and the needy or alternatively identify a deserving Foundation, Hospitals, Research Centres, and Clinics that you think is worthy to receive financial assistance. 80% of the funds are for the humanitarian project while you are to withhold 20% to yourself.
It will be required of me to present some information of my intended beneficiary to the Bank holding my deposit and for my Attorney to also be able to procure relevant documents naming you the beneficiary of my funds that will prompt the release of the funds to you by the Bank, I will need you to send the following basic details so I can instruct them properly:
1. Your full name
2. Address and
3. Contact Phone numbers (Home & Cell):
4. Marital Status/Age:
Due to my present predicament, my Attorney will help me process a Letter of Authority and a Power of Attorney naming you the beneficiary of my funds. These legal documents that will be issued with your information will also help facilitate your claims of my funds from the Bank.
My Attorney will be in contact with you also to furnish you further details/guidelines as well as updates about my health.
I beg of you to deal with me honestly and render me your assistance to the fullest of your capacity. You would be helping a dying family and most importantly you would be touching the lives of a huge number of people through this Mission.
I hope that I will be able to count on you, I only have little time left and I want us to make positive impact in the lives of so many through this project.
I wait to hear from you soon
Ms. Julie Scott.

Hey Ms Scott-
No, I’m going to keep 99% of the money myself, but once in a while I don’t finish my lunch sandwich and I’ll give the remainder to a homeless dude.
Does that work? Send me the dough, that laundry ain’t gonna wash itself.
Sorry to hear about the dying and stuff, but hey nobody lives forever right?
